* Facilities introduced for

  • Parking, both city level and local.
  • Open spaces for community purposes.
  • Schools, community centers, commercial centers, utility centers, earthquake memorial, space for migratory birds.

* One lakh Sq. Mts. space allocated for above in the Town Planning Area.

* Govt. Buildings pulled out of the TP area to avail more land in Gamtal.

* Less than 1% properties getting fully affected

* Less than 2% of properties are getting partially affected

* Less than 5% of standing building units getting affected in T.P.
