Mundra Road Site.

Spreading in 3,06,009 sq.m. this site is at the south of Bhuj city, well connected with Mundra Highway. Mundra is one of the busy port of the state.

There are total 1278 plots in the site in which 1049 are of 100 sqmt., 163 are of 150 sqmt. and 66 are of 200 sqmt. The site has 2810 sqmt. area for commercial purpose, 24456 sqmt. is kept as open space and 28961 sqmt. for public space.

Road :

The 18 mt. broad main road, whose 90% work has been completed passes by it. They are 7.5 mt. internal roads whose 80% of work has been completed.

Water Supply :

All the main lines for water supply have been laid parallel to road, and almost 90% of lines have been laid with individual connection.

The electricity :

Apart from all these, there is a school, a community hall in the location.

Community participation :

No particular community came forward to book the plots in this site. BAPS (Bochasanvasi Akshar Purushottam Swami) and Ahmedabad bases NGO, who works extensively in several fields of social and economic development has under taken the construction of 290 houses in the site.

Beneficiaries (Followers of BAPS) pay the price of land (Fixed up by BHADA) to BHADA and then give Rs. 75000/- to BAPS and they are given fully constructed house.
