  Relocation Sites

R.T.O. Site:

Spreading in 7,93,005 sq.m. area this beautiful site is located at the feet of “Bhujio Killo” in the west of Bhuj city. It is on higher elevation and overlooks the city.

It is well connected with Gandhinagar Highway and also to Gandhidham, the most industrialised city of the district.


Presently there are total 702 plots in the sites, out of which 652 are of 100 sqmt. and 50 of 125 sqmt. The plots are allotted through Draws to the eligible person.

Infrastuctural facilities like water supply, sewerage, road, electricity etc have been almost completed. ½” pipeline connection for water is given to each household and water will be provided after the charges are paid to the municipality.
G.E.B. has completed its work. (Electric wires are connected and as soon as the household will pay the charges, connection will start up.)
The work of underground drainage is also completed in which separate chambers for every plot is given, so that they can manage with the disposal problems.

At the R.T.O. site the work of road and footpath is completed. The width of roads is 7.5 m, 9 m. and 18 m with pavement. At present about 20 families are residing over there and they are provided water by the tankers by BHADA.

Other Facilities :

• Three plots (aprox 500 sq.m.) are reserved for Aanganwadi
• Aprox 2,000 sq.m. for primary school.
• 22675.64 sq.m. area reserved for open space
• 17971.72 sq.m. area reserved for commercial purposes
• 8689.28 sq.m. area reserved for public use
• 39650.15 sq.m. area reserved for water body
• 65153.44 sq.m. area reserved for road
